Dart heads on my combo will do what??

Hey guys I was at this speed shop/machine shop the other day with my buddy and this guy has been building serios race cars mosty chevy for the past 35 years. I got to talkin with him and I asked him about the Vortec heads and he said there alright but they don't like timing and some other stuff. What he basically said was by the time I get the Vortecs set up with the rigth manifold and springs and the guided machined I could have just got a good set of heads. He said with my combo the best heads would be some cast iron Darts with the 2.02/1.60 valves and the 200cc runners with 64cc chambers. He said they are one of the best head son the market and will make like 30 more horse on top of wut the Vortecs could make. Now with this said, If I put these head on my motor with everything else I have And aroudn 9:1 compression I shouldn't have a problem getting into the 12's right?? thanks guys
