Part # for stock water pump?
Part # for stock water pump?
For the particular water pump I want to order, they want the number off the old one. Why? I asked and they had no answer. I looked from top and bottom, front and back with an inspection mirror and found no numbers... Anyone know what it is, or where its printed on the pump?

At the risk of sounding like a jerk, why do you want to order some particular stock water pump, when for less money than you will have to spend to get one that way you can get a far superior product elsewhere?

Your right. The pump I want isnt stock, its a new performance pump that takes 5 less HP to run. However, they want the OEM number so I get the proper replacement. I told them that I need a reverse flowing pump, but I guess thats not enough info for them.
