Heating/Cooling Issues...
Im not quite sure if this would bee the best place for this, but it seemed to be, so here I go...
I have a 91 Camaro RS and I had just gotten my electrical system fixed in a shop because I had a short that was stopping my cooling fan from turning on.
After I got my car back, my ac/heater/defroster fan no longer has a high speed, yet the other 3 speeds work. When i turn the **** onto the highest speed, nothing happens (no air is moved, like the high speed is off). Any suggestions on where to look for a solution to this problem? Any help is greatly appreciated
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Uradude,
You likely have a problem with either the high speed fan relay or the power supply to that relay. The relay is powered from the fusible link connector on the right rear of the engine. The connection will be referred to as the "ESC", or "Extremely Stupid Connection" as RB83L69 would probably describe it. It is trouble prone.

The schematic is something like this:
