Who is making power and passing emissions? What did you do? What kind of test was it? How easy was t for you to pass?

well all you really have to do is move to a new state where emission testing isnt required. I live in Oregon, where it is not a problem. Only problem is that it rains,and rains........

i moved to south carolina... no emissions, no inspections, no front plate.
have your cake and eat it to? no prob. just eat your cake in a diff area...(or tell everyone you eat cake in a diff area if you catch my drift)

That's missing the point. I understand how to color outside the lines. What I would like is to work inside the lines until there's just no frickin way I can do anymore.

I suppose one could argue the "power" part in my case. But, it's a good bit faster than a stock LG4, quicker the the typical stock L98, and passed emissions with ease.
Since I don't race it regularly, I haven't even tried to "optimize" it for the 1320.
