Power steering box / Frame mount damage?

Is there any sure fire way to tell if the frame bolts have made the holes bigger where the PS box mounts to the frame without actually removing the unit? If my frame is damaged, how hard is it to fix, and who can I get to do it? Thanks!

only 3 bolts, easy to unbolt and take a look. about all you have to do to fix it is remove the stering box and wweld the cracks, maybe clamp and pull it back in line a little. i was going to plate mine when i did it but it looked like the plates would interfer with the steering box.
