Oil pumps.....

Did a search, but to no avail...
What is the recommended oil pump for a 406 that will be limited to 6000 rpm, and has a fresh bottom end?
Hi Volume, Hi Pressure, or just a standard M55????

I like the Hi Volume with the low pressure spring in it. But there's nothing wrong with a standard pump if your'e running tight bearing clearances.

That's my setup also (ACTUALLY, it's a M55 pump body, a GM top half (pickup tube wouldn't fit anything else), and the Mr. Gasket spring).

Not a bad deal at all since the pump's $15.99, and the Spring's $3.99.
