Knocking Sound!

This happened in like Late October and Early November a Few times before i took my car off the road. When i started the car in the morning, and got on the road it would make this "knocking" sound that came from right under the drivers side of the hood. The speedometer would also bound around 75-85 (no way i was over 40). I just checked oil a while ago and it was near the :Add mark. Is it low oil level? Also the oil pressure gauge is off the chart and has been since i got the car. I think the instrument in the dash is broke. Sorry it took me this long to spit it out.

84,

We'll take that to mean that you want to have an 'F' car for a long, long time, not that you want to expire soon. I'd rather see your old TA on the road with a gray-hair driving it when I'm 100...
