hey guys i got a knock in my trany or lowend dose any body know a eazy what to tell whats wrong????

Do you have normal oil pressure? If so, it could be your flex plate. They make a sound that is amazingly close to a rod knock when they crack, which usually happens around the bolts at the crank.

Does it knock only when you floor it or when it shifts? It could be a tranny mount.
