i recall a few years ago reading something about ram on this site. the setup was using ac ducting hose. I was just stumbling around hoe depot at like 6 or 7 this morning and was looking for a way to get rid of my maf to filter hose so then ac ducting came into mind they had 2 kinds semi rigid and non rigid semi rigid looked like it wouldnt seal properly and non rigid (really flexible( looked like i could bolt it andwhere and would rip
any ideas or sugestions?

it's made out of a heavy rubber material, and is wire reinforced.
That's thw stuff, but it's used for a lot more than just lawn equipment. It's a rubberized fabric with spiral wire reinforcement. It's comes in sizes from 2½" to at least 10" (the largest I've used/seen). Used for the aforementioned lawn equipment, industrial dust and mist collection, process material transfer, air supply ducting, protective covering as a conduit for cabling/pneumatics, etc.
