Loud Pop, Oh ****

Those of you who follow project sharpIROC on my website know it was close to getting the engine to crank over. Well i was getting ready to atempt today when i turned on the parking lights to make sure the battery was wired correctly. I was turning the headlight **** to adjust the interior lights and POP. no more gauge lights or amber parking lights. The left drivers side headlight still works (the passenger side is not installed) i think i blew a fuse. But which ones, what size are they, and how much are they ?

Well, if you Blew the gauge panel Fuse, Its 5 Amp, about 1.99 For 5 of em, and In the Lower Right Corner Of the Fuse Box, if Your Looking at it with your head resting on the brake pedal.

Now, Blowing this fuse dosent really Make a Loud Pop, in Fact unless You were listening For it, You would totally Miss the Snap it does make, But It dosent Hurt To yank It out and see if its Blown.

Your Headlight Not Working would lead me to Belive you have a More serious Problem, and One that I have no Experiance with as Of yet (phew) So unfortunatly I cant help ya there. But I can Offer you some Advice.

In the Future, When Testing your Electrical System, Using a Multimeter is Much preferred to Running Hot Current through it to See if it Shorts

With all the switches off, Test For continuity between the Hot and ground. If there is, Youve Got a problem

so i've learned. it's not the headlight that doenst work its the amber parking lights in front.

They should ?? I cant tell if they are, i can't press the brake pedal and look at the taillights at the same time. If somwone was around id have them look for me.
