are all TBI 3rd gen's speed limited?

Convert to dual-cat with headers and Borla catback exhaust.
Edelbrock MPFI system.
RAM air hood & Z28 wing.
Z28 cam.
ABS system.
Positraction rearend with rear disc brakes.
Rebuilt front and rearend suspension with polygraphite bushings.
Strutbrace.
Rollbar.

 

yep all 305 TBI were speed limited

 

Just wanted to let you know that there's an article in the tech articles section on how to bypass the speed limiter. It sounds really easy to do. You ought to check it out.

Go to the main page and click Tech Articles on the left. Dont run with the speed limiter off for too long. The computer needs it to calculate fuel, timing, etc.
