Metallic vibration

Recently I noticed my Firebird has a metallic hollow sounding knock/vibration, kind of like a low-pitched ringing. It only happens at 1400 rpms when the car is moving and I press the gas a bit and it has to be above 2nd gear. It does not vibrate when the car is stopped and I rev it with the clutch disenganged (maybe cause I can't get it to stay at 1400 rpm). It does this when the car is cold and warm.

That sounds like the heat stove thing around the exhaust manifold is loose.
