cc302 cam with stock computer?

could you use a CC302 cam with a stock computer and still run good on a mostly stock 87 350TPI?

would it be a good idea to get it ground on a 114LSA? it should give it more low end and driveability but would i lose much power with it?

Post stats on the cam... What's the actual duration, and lift at .050" ? None of this "advertised" BS.
