4 Bolt 350 Main +.060
AFR 195cc cylinder heads(74cc combustion chambers)
Stock TPI w/ SLP runners
BBK twin 58mm throttle body
Forged 4340 steel stroker crankshaft(havn't decided on brand)
Lunati 4340 steel connecting rods(not sure on a good brand, heard Lunati was good)
JE forged alluminum pistons(3480/3500 stroke) 450 dome
Speed Pro Plasma-moly piston rings
Lunati roller cam 224/224 duration, .460/.460 lift
Comp Cams 4130 chromemoly pushrods
Comp Cams 4340 chromemoly roller rockers
NOS Sportsman Fogger nitrous oxide system

i'd look at lunati for a crank their stuff is hard to beat. i don't know much about tpi, but i'd look in to more cam and larger injectors. i wouldn't go +.06 unless i had to, +.03 will give you another life on your block if you rebuild again at a later date.

Yeah, I've heard Lunati is about as good as it gets.

What kind of duration and lift should I look for in a cam and what size injectors?

Sounds like a major mismatch to me, though I'm no TPI expert... you're trying to combo an intake that flows about half what the heads do... it's going to have the same pich-off at high RPM that the stock system has on account of the restrictive base, but you're going to make the bottom soggy with the big intake runners in the heads.

Get a better base, the Edelbrock or something, then you'll have a far better setup.

You don't need the dome pistons. You will get better results from smaller chambers and flat tops. With a 383, yo should look for about 67 or 68cc heads for use with N2O.

Also, that's a very bad cam for nitrous use. Nitrous is essentially liquid oxygen being dumped into the motor, with (hopefully) fuel to match; it bypasses the restriction of the intake to that extent, but you still have to get it all back out the other side without the help of any of it being liquefied. You need a much bigger exhaust lobe than the intake. And even at that, you can use more intake than the one you picked. Here's what you need, except this is flat; a roller would have more lift.

COMPETITION CAMS CAMSHAFT SPECIFICATION SHEET

PART # 12-560-4
GRIND NUMBER: CS NX268H-13
ENGINE: CHEV SML BLK 265-400
INTAKE EXHAUST
VALVE ADJUSTMENT HYD HYD
GROSS VALVE LIFT .477 .490
.006 TAPPET LIFT 268 286
VALVE TIMING OPEN CLOSE
AT .006 INT 26 BTDC 62 ABDC
EXH 81 BBDC 25 ATDC
THESE SPECS ARE FOR CAM INSTALLED
AT 108 INTAKE CENTER LINE
INTAKE EXHAUST
DURATION AT .050 224 236
LOBE LIFT .3180 .3270
LOBE SEPARATION 113
THIS CAM SHOULD USE SPRING # 981-16

The rest is good. Having an all-forged bottom end like that is good insurance. Lunati is good stuff (I've known old Joe for a long time before he sold the company), another good but not too $$$ brand of such things to consider is Eagle.
