Who makes the best cylinder heads? I've heard a name tossed around, AFR or something along those lines...

If it's a 350, you could also try ported versions of Trick Flow's twisted wedge head. They're expensive though, but the best (arguably) is the ported Canfield's. Seriously high flow rates.
