Transmission: Stock

EGR making clicking noise??

Hey! I just wanna double check or see what other possibilities it may be. It's an 87 GTA. There's a clicking noice and it sounds like it's coming from directly under the plenum, right where the EGR is positioned. Can it be the EGR? And if so, I'm gonna assume it probably should be replaced, correct? I'd like an idea before I take the plenum off and find out I'm not even close lol. Thanks guys

How rapid is the clicking noise? You may simply be hearing the injectors, doing their normal thing.
