Any parts to go with new Camshaft?

Hey guys, Third-Gen all-time reader, first-time writer. I had a question for all you techies out there. I have a 1984 Z28 with a 305 H.O. We've been through a lot together, but the biggest hill i had to encounter was when i had a minor accident in the rain. After replacing a badly cracked oilpan and power steering pump, remodeling 2 bent rims, and mending a bent y-pipe (my car decided to go off-roading by hitting a curb head-on) i discovered that i had cracked my left manifold exhaust when the y-pipe pushed up on it after i hit that dreaded curb. Anyways, i just ordered some new flowtech headers and i want to buy a new performance camshaft. I'm thinking along the lines of a comp cam with a lift somewhere around 470-480. My engine is completely stock except for a little carb tuning and advanced timing. The racing tuner i regularly hang around with highly recommended the aforementioned cam specs and i have a lot of trust in him (he owns a 7-second el camino and his own racing team). I was just wondering what other sorts of parts i'll need to put in along with my cam for it to function properly without any problems. New lifters? Rockers? Arms? Valve Springs? i don't want to spend too much money right away, i just want a slow and steady build-up of my 305.
