what size rocker studs do I need on 416's?

I am going to get screw in studs for my heads. I saw 3/8 and 7/16 I think. I just needed to know which one to buy or which is better. What about valves? I'm putting 1.94 and 1.6 valves (I think those were stock anyway), but how long should the stems be? I've seen some with +100 stems. I need to buy rockers, but I didn't know which ones to get...needed to know which studs to get. Thanks for any help.

you need 7/16 for the part that screw in the head and you'd need the rocker stud part to match the rockers you have. either you have 3/8 or 7/16 rockers, check one and buy studs to match.
