anyone has done it ? these the ones advertised in JEGS (sometimes they call 'em JEGSTER seats , but in the catalog they are called RCI poly baha seats) , anyway , is there anything I should be aware of ?

any welding required ? (I don't think there is)

can anyone tell me how comfortable they are ?

 

mines welded, at first i was going to keep the factory set up but decided it would be too easy to break or fail and set the location where i wanted and welded it. only draw back now is if i change drivers i have to change the seat.

hmm , that's something I was afraid of.

Was welding required from the factory ? or just something u thought would make it safer ?

I will definitely have it welded too , but I cannot do it now , so I'll have to drill four holes and bolt down the seat (unless I can use the stock studs).

(I'm going to get the JAZ installation kit , with the brackets and everything needed to install the seat)
