What Do You Think!?

Dynomax headers (1 1/2 in. primary tubes, 2 1/2 in. collectors)
Dynomax tubing (2 1/4 in. diameter)
Dynomax Thrush Turbo muffler(2 1/4 in. offset inlet/center outlet)
Cam and lifter kit (312 intake/322 exhaust duration)
tourque Converter (3000 rpm stall)
Total: about $400

My question is, what do you think I would get out of all that?
And Is it worth the money?

i think 400 dollars is way to cheap, are you sure you added right? ought to figure in cost for gaskets, oil, and anything else you'll be needing.

I am looking to do Dynomax exhaust in the near future.

Dynomax blackjack headers
Dynomax catback

My concern is that some companies are practically ignored on these boards for a reason. I want to jump in on this post (it should be in exhaust boards) to find out why Dynomax is practically ignored as far as headers go? Are thier collector welds sloppy/restrictive? Primaries? Whats the deal?

They have the small primaries and a poor collector flange that is prone to leak. My flowtechs are in the same league and they are garbage. The coating is nice and that is about it. The flange was bent and the collectors leak. You get what you pay for when it comes to performance exhaust and parts in general for your car.

those primaries are kinda small for a 350, i'd go with 1 3/4ths.. also what brand of torque converter are you lookin at? for a total of 400 bucks you must be usin somethin really cheap.. may want to rethink that..

Well with the gaskets and all that junk....I work at toyota here in Santa Fe...so I get crap for massive disscount...also with the price of everything I did miss caculate...its accually about $600...but i think that is still cheap...but that is a bit upsetting about dynomax....that whole exhaust system is a kit to turn my car into true duel....so you think I shouldnt get that kit? its a package deal for $250....let me know...

dynomax makes a true dual exhaust system for 3rd gen f-bodies? never heard of it.. whats the part num? how do they go about clearing the rear axle on the drivers side? and why only one muffler? that would make em the only aftermarket company that makes a true dual exhaust kit for these cars besides custom shops and stuff people fab up on their own.. kinda hard to believe from a company like dyomax.. if the kits really only 250 it might be worth it to get it just for the custom bent pipes and sell the junky headers and buy good ones like hookers or slps... still ****loads cheaper then havin a custom shop fab up a set for you.... as fars as the other stuff what are the rest of the cam specs? is this a 305 or a 350 its going on? what form of induction tpi, carb, or tbi? That would probably be worth it just to resell to someone if you can get a roller cam that cheap even if ya dont use it..

Well about the exhaust...the end pipes exit infront of rear tires. I found it at summit..here is the part number SUM-CBJJ105 look it up...It is all going ito a 350 L98 with TPI. its also dual muffler. I am starting to rethink the T/C...i cant remember the name, thant means its prolly not a good company And on the cam I'll post all the specs tomorrow. Either way I think I am going to get that exhaust kit for time being and then replace the headers when these ones screw up.
