need to install an aftermarket fuel pump

Hi, this is kind of a stupid and weird post, and i search but cant find what i need...

But i bought a carter fuel pump, summit #crt-m6900

i have a mechanical fuel pump with one steel line, one fat rubber line, and one skinny rubber line...

the carter fuel pump has two steel screw in holes...

How am i supposed to connect the two rubber lines to the single steel screw in hole?

What do each of the three lines do?

thanks for any reply!

third line is a return to the tank most likely. buy a hose barb fitting that'll screw into the threaded hole in the pump. it should be for a flare fitting, you might have to go from flare to NPT and then from NPT to barb. might be easier to buy the correct pump for your application.
