Difference between AC R45TS & CR45TS?

Difference between AC R45TS & CR45TS?
Well, what is it. Why does my 92Z LB9 call for a 'C'R45TS. I pulled a plug and it 'looks' just like a regular R45TS. Does it have a different thread reach or something?
