Alright, a few questions before I get started.
As some of you know, I'm getting a 96 Vortec 350 from a buddy. I know I'm gonna need an intake, TB adapter, gasket kit, headers (screw the stock crap), and .....what else?
I plan to do the swap fairly soon (gettin paid friday..WOOWOO!), and I THINK I have a pretty good idea of what is needed.
Other than what I've listed up top, is their anything else that I'm gonna need for this 350 to bolt up, hook up, and run? Different knock sensor? Any other different sensors?
Lemme know what/if I've left anything out..
Any Input is appreciated!

What are you going to do about EGR? If you need to retain it you need to get the external kit for a vortec set-up? You will need a custom chip for your new set-up top work the way you want it to. The stock prom will make your new motor run slower than your old one I bet. It is that bad. However you can delete EGR and the speedlimiter while you are at it with a new prom. Also, did you retain the 350 knock sensor? You will need one of those. I hope you have fuel, and exhaust upgrades to go with your new motor.

Well, as far as chip tuning goes...Craig Moates himself is gonna do it for me
I live about an hour away from him
As far as emmissions...HA! This is louisiana man...nuff said
The stock TB unit has "65" stampped all over it....does that mean it came with 65pph injectors?
