Need a damper recommendation

Some of you might know that I am biulding a 395 stroker for my '87 IROCZ. The rotating assembly is internally balanced.

What damper should I use?

Now, I am looking at the ATI #917780,, its 7.074" dia
They have another which is 6.325" dia.

What the diff? ( besides the 0.6")

TIA

Can't go wrong with ATI ...they're top quality. Bigger is better when it comes to dampeners.
