smoke entering cabin
I removed the old A/C plastic housing and put on a metal non a/c one from the wreckers. Anyhow ever since im getting smoke entering the cabin, i can see it comin out of the vents. Is there a leak possibly on the metal box where it meets the firewall, i noticed that the metal thing(i dunno what it is lol) on the front on the right side of the blower motor is not sealed, its connected to wires so im not sure what that thing does, it has springs on the inside where it is secured with 2 screws.
Anyone else replace the a/c box with a non a/c? Did you run into the same problems?

Lol, yeah, if it is fumes, you need to get it taken care of. As with the moisture thing. Now that think about it, most cars I;ve owned have done this on occasion. If you start getting sleepy or nausiated while you're driving...pull over.
