pushrod lenth, did I screw up?
I checked my pushrod lenth and I came up with a odd figure. 7.050. my combo is a stock 90 l98 shortblock with a comp cam 08-304-8, 210/220 duration .500/.510 lift with a 114 lsa, stock lifters, crane 1.5 gold roller rockers and trickflow 23* aluminum heads. I used the tf recomended adjustable pushrod and my mark on the valve stem was almost directly in the center and moved toward the exhaust side of the stem like it should. Does this lenth sound right or have I missed something? I searched but didn't really find what I need.

That's exactly the length mine came out to using a CC306 camshaft, CC 850-16 Hydraulic lifters, TFS 23° heads and CC Pro Magnum 1.6 roller rockers.
The geometery is perfect. I bought longer ones because I read that I'd need them but they didn't fit correctly. The stock ones were close, the 7.050 were perfect. One thing I should mention though is the block was zero decked so there's about .025 right there.
Also, watch the guide plates on the TFS 23° heads. The pushrod slots really need to be deepened slightly, expecially if you use 1.6 rockers.
HTH!

Thanks for the info. I went today and checked again and came up with the same results. What brand did you get? I looked in my latest jegs catalog but couldn't find shorter ones. any idea what kind of price I'm looking at?

I ordered them from TFS and they were shipped from Summit to my house. About $80.00 I believe.
