92 3.1 won't start, no SES light
I really hope I don't have a dead ECU...
problems started about a month ago. hard cold starting, replaced plugs. Didn't fix cold start problem, and introduced a miss problem. Threw a code 15, IIRC. which was the coolant temp sensor. replaced, car ran better, but still not right. Still had the cold start problem. Went out today, and the car wouldn't start at all. Didn;t even sputter. Pulled the plugs, they're bone dry and ashy white. I pulled apart the larger of the two fuel lines where the rubber line connects to the hard line under the hood. No fuel flow. Also no SES light when I turn the key on. Does the ECM run the fuel pump, or do I have possibly 2 dead parts now? I also found a ton of snow packed up by the big connector under the passenger fender (I'm told thats the ECU connector?). Hoping thats my problem, but I have a feeling I fried the ECU. How can I pull that connector out to clean it?

Check the ECM fuse see if its blown. If your harness has a few bare spots it will short the fuse when introduced to moisture. The fuel pump is turned on by IGN power not the ecm so check a few more fuses and get back to us.
