questions about this camshaft
I'm in the process of installing a comp cam and when I pulled the old cam out of the block, I figured it was the stock camshaft but now I don't think so. Engraved on the end was three sets of numbers, here they go SLP51002
F8202
4714YN
I went to SLP's website and saw where they had two roller camshafts for the TPI cars, but they were numbered 51004 and 51008. Can anyone tell me more about this camshaft?

Rusty is correct, those are the specs for the SLP 51002. The reason its not on their site anymore is because its discontinued. Its an ok cam, not much bigger than a stock L98 cam... just has alot more lift.
