True vortec intake?

Sorry if this doesnt fit, it has a little bit of everything included.

My friend just got rear ended in his silverado (5.7L). Hes selling me whatever i want from the engine. i already got the heads. My questions are these:

1.) could i somehow customize the intake to work? i have access to pretty much every part under the hood, injectors everything....i tool the intake apart and it looks alot like the crossfire design, but the ports look a bit larger.

2.) The thing is MAP so would it possible to program it to work with the 730 ecm? i know the fuel injection part is a bit different. but i could work around that. it has the hole for the distributor.

3.) would the 730 ecm (if it could be used) support the vortec fuel injection? or would i have to custom fabricate something?

im really not that concerned about performance...more or less that "custom" factor. help me speculate on this.....

You will need the timing cover/gears if you plan on using this setup on you current engine. The manifold fits the heads all other components will transfer. You will need the ECM and the wiring harnes as well, yours will not work.. A couple people have swaped the full setup into thier 3rdgens and from what I understand they do quite well. You will need the fuel pump if yours will not support 55PSI. Ive been looking into a Vortec setup for my truck but havent had any luck yet.

From what I understand and have been told its very tunable but thats more of a question for the DIY prom guys. Persoanlly the stock tables for a Vortec 350 are plenty for my needs.
