Engine: 2.8L of PURE STOCK POWER
Is this the fuel pump relay?
I am going to the junk yard and need to know. Is the circled item the relay, or is the thing that plugs into this the relay? Can this single piece be removed off this bracket or do I have to grab the whole unit? I just need to replace my fuel pump relay.

Yep, that does appear to be it. Just to be on the safe side though. I would check the part number through the local dealershiip first and no. You don't need the whole bracket unless you want it as a spare.
