I got mine from www.gmpartsdirect.com for $186 with shipping and tax.
The specs are:
Duration @ .050" 218*/228*
Lift w/ 1.5 RRs: .492"/.492"
Lift w/ 1.6 RRs: .525"/.525"
You will need to get new springs and you will have to have your valve guides shortened otherwise you may bend a push rod and f**k up a rocker arm. You'll also need a new timing chain set and a lot of gaskets.

Best ET (w/o LT4 cam): 14.32 @ 97.7mph
