350 Block bored and honed .30 over

Think it is a good buy? Need responce quick, so I can bid for it at work if you guys think its worth it.
Also, I live in Miami, FL so I would just go pick it up instead of the shipping pay. Or do blocks like these sell on ebay all the time, with the work already done for the price this block is selling for.

That's about a normallish kind of price. No particular great deal there that I can see.
You can buy junk those blocks all day long for $100. 010 is a very common block, a factory 4-bolt one (less desirable IMO than a 2-bolt with aftermarket 4-bolt caps, especially with align boring) would have come out of a 70s truck. No particular advantage to a "new" one, even if this one is "new".
Alot of the work is stuff you can do yourself, like epoxying screens into the oil drainback holes, tap the lifter oil passages for restrictors, grind for rod clearance, install cam bearings, etc. as your specific talents and equipment might allow. Personally I wouldn't pay extra for those things. But that's just me.
Have you checked with your local racing machine shop to see what they would sell you an equivalent one for?
