baking on paint help

Can anyone tell me how to bake paint on metal in an oven. I've read an article once, but I'd like to know how you did it and how it came out. Thanks

don't try this at home. it makes some nasty fumes. i think 300* is what you'd set the over too. you should think before you do this, it is nasty and your wife/mom/girlfriend and neighbors won't like it at all.
