Help!! Throttle cable Q

I'm converting my TBI 305 to a TPI 350. I know the TBI throttle cable and tranny kick down cables are gonna be too short. The local junkyard has tons of MPFI V6 Camaros and Firebirds. Can I use the cables off of one these? I know the throttle body is up front on these just like a TPI, but is it long enough? Thanks!!
