ZZ4 cam how does it idle below 700rpm?

ZZ4 cam how does it idle below 700rpm? I really don't want to have it idle any higher than that. Right now stock cam and converter it idles smooth as hell at 500 rpm. I want to keep the idle as smooth as possible is this too much cam? If you have this cam please let me know. Also if you have a LPE 219 cam, Lt4, or Lt4 hot cam how do they idle? I don't want a car that surges forward when you let off the brakes I like it how it is right now, would a new converter help?
thanks

I had the ZZ4 cam w/700R4. 625 RPM at idle was very smooth but any more cam than that will idle into the stock torque converter. The HOT cam needed an extra 75-100 RPM over the ZZ4 cam. I have a cam that is just about half way in between the ZZ4 and HOT cam now and it idles very nice at 700 RPM but I have a torque converter that is 1000 RPM over stock.
