To ALL w/ a pipe instead of cat !!

what did you do with the AIR tube that hooks up to the cat??? please answere quickly im leaving to go to my brothers house tonight where he has a garage and alot of tools.

i have heard mixed arguments on this i checked the archives but there arent many topics about it. is it okay to get rid of it or do i have to put a hole in the off road pipe to plug it into? thnx.

The air tube is gone along with the cats on my car.... There's no need for it. Cut it and plug it.

I just drilled a hole in the pipe and then welded the tube off of the cat to the pipe. Not a hard job at all.

Shooot, if you get rid of the cats get rid of the a.i.r. pump too. Problem solved.

Was I supposed to have that tube? What year did they start doing this?
