Vaccum Source for MAP sensor

I just wondered if it matter where this was connected on 3704 TBI Edelbrock manifold to pull vaccum or if base of TBI would matter?

I also have a plugged fitting in rear of manifold that I could use if it does matter.

Any sounce of full manifold vacuum should be fine. Just be sure you're not connecting it to a timed vacuum port on the carburetor.

Thanks-TBI vacuum is on back of TBI where we also had a manifold connection, I am just trying to make sure vacuum is good, SCR/DCR better then before with 76 cc heads with .020 removed and thinner gasket .015 to bump up H345NP40 pistons.
