Hello,

I am getting a 1991 GTA 350 soon and it is bone stock. I am going to start my mods w/ exhaust but have a few questions.
With the SLP headers, installation kit, and catalyst adapter is there any welding involved? Also how hard is the installation? Also I saw on there site that SLP does installation at there centers one of there centers is not too far from any idea what they would charge? Also what other places would install headers?? Thanks sorry it's so long.

 

Ok here's the deal. I installed my SLP's two summers ago and they were a real pain. Although I have never taken my car to a shop for any kind of work, I might suggest it if you are short on patience. It took me 2 1/2 days to remove my old manifolds and install the SLP headers and y-pipe. There was no welding required. If you decide to do it yourself feel free to e-mail me and I'll give you some tips that will save you a substantial amount of time.
