Picking up a "new" car, and I have questions on planning the project
I'm going to pick up a "new" (to me) '87 Formula today. I am thinking of running the car as-is until I've fixed the weather stripping and put the interior back together. However I am debating an LS1/T56 conversion possibly later in the year. Assuming I find a nice donor car/truck, what should I make sure to get from the donor? Is there an aftermarket wiring harness for these applications?
Here is a picture of my new ride. I think it looks good for my $1200 investment:

BTW, congrats on your first post!
Rumor has it that the car was originally a 305 and a 350 was swapped in.
Here she is after a little minor cleaning.
