Please help...car wont start now!!!

Today i went to install a manual fan switch...all of the sudden car wont start. There was two green w/ white stripe wires on my drivers side firewall, so i tested the first one...ground into it...turned key...car cranks but wont turn over...so im like oh ****...i guess ill try the other one...so i go to ther other green/white wire and ground it...car wont turn over...then the car turns over for a sec and dies again but the fan turned on...so i knew this was the right wire...Car wouldnt start so i took off all wires...everything should be back to normal...still wont start. I flashed the ecm and got code 54 "Low voltage at fuel pump OR
Low voltage at Fuel pump relay OR
Output failure at quad driver module" but i had this before and car always started fine. Any suggestions??? I need to get it started.

It sounds like you were messing with the wrong relay. The fan relay will have nothing at all to do with the car starting... it only powers the fan and that's it.

Ya but the thing that im confused about is this. All i did was cut away a little bit of the plastic coating on the wire and run a ground wire to it...then...when it didnt start up i ungrounded it...shouldnt that be it??? I dont understand what couldve happened. What the hell am i gonna do now?
