Anybody use these exhaust valve stem seals?

Anybody use these exhaust valve stem seals?
The only other ones I've used had rubber in the hole where they fit on the valve stem, as well as o-rings. These don't have anything in the hole. I didn't have any luck finding the last Fel-Pro part number I used, and had to go with these.
