Help with paint removal

How hard is it to get paint off of runners? Will I have to paint over them? They are red right now and I don't want them to be red.
Thanks

Should be able to take the paint off with carb cleaner and not stain the aluminum.

I used Aircraft paint remover to get the clearcoat and powdercoat off my rims, you can get it at AutoZone. It may work and may not. Worth a shot maybe?
