I keep hearing about the car being at WOT what does that mean

WOT == Wide Open Throttle or having your gas pedal stomped to the floor, revving the engine out

"Whining out Totally". That is what both my engine and my wife do when I boot it. (Wide open throttle, but inside the eprom it is really PE or Power Enrichment).
