Is an LT4 Prod. Cam 203/210 116LSA better than Summit Cam?

The LT4 production cam specs are 203/210 116LSA VS the Summit 204/214 112LSA. Isn't the lower the LSA the better the midrange? But the LT4 cam is a roller. .476"/.480" Lift with my 1.6RR. Thanks
