Where is a good place to get a Decently price Shortblock?

I saw the one at Scoggin Dickey for $1200 but I was wondering if there was a good one a little cheaper and with flat top pistons. The L31 one has 11cc dished pistons. Thanks

http://www.speedomotive.com sells 383 shortblocks, they aren't much cheaper than SDPC's, but are higher quality.
