Injector O-rings

It has been said that SVO injector o-rings are a different size than GM cars require. I thought the svo injectors were direct fit? Does anybody have the exact info on them?

thanks,
Nick

The SVO (Bosch) injectors are the same dimensions, with the same electrical connector. However, Ford uses smaller bores in the intake and fuel rail, requiring a smaller cross-section 'O' ring. You should use a Fuel Injector ‘O' ring kit - GM 17113544 $18.14

i just picked up my FRPP/SVO injectors from Scummit tonight and measure the o-rings vs. a gm multec set. FRPP are around .575 and multecs are .585-.590 so i think im safe with the FRPP o-rings.

thanks for the part number vader, i have to get a new set for the multecs for the next car coming in.
