differneces between an 87 and an older 350

i have an 87 350 truck engine. i'l probably get a rebuild kit for an 80-85 engine and just buy the oil pan gaskets and RMS sepparately. thats the only thing that would be different, right?

BTW, i'l be using older heads also.
