I am putting a 8-71/355 motor together right now using those exact pistons link here I have had a set of TRW's in my motor since 86 (had as much as 15lbs. boost) and built a 6-71/305 with the Speed Pro's three years ago for another friend and have had no problems (other than my own fault) with them.

Thanks.
The rods are the original 85 rods they have been checked over the years several times for the beam and the big and small ends with no problems. The car was not driven from 93 to 00 and when I got it out in 00 I had the belt to tight and it snapped the front 2" of the crank off (original 85 crank and 40k blown miles)
so the crank was replaced in 00 with a .010/.010 factory crank and I am at around 550 hp with no problems
Edit:The last 6-71/305 I built has over 10k with 9lbs. boost on a 95 factory crank not turned but polished .001/.001 with no problems also
