World 305 heads. Where can I get them and how much are they?

World 305 heads. Where can I get them and how much are they?

Ok, I read a message on the boards and I fel that I must get more info on these heads. They sound amazing.

Where can I get them and how much are they? If summit sell them cn you give me a part # please.

Also, do you have these heads? If so what do you think of them?

You can get them at Summit or Jegs, the part number for the assembled World Products S/R Torquer 305 heads for the 87+ intakes is 042750A. Summit has these for $364.95 each.

I don't remember where exactl, but over the years i've seen world heads sold cheap through various machine/performance shops with any level of building you want, from box stock to fully ported w/ 1.5" springs for .600" lift.
Shop around a bit and i'll bet you can beat the jegs/summit price by a good hundred or so for the pair, and get them built with the exact springs you need for your application.

Just for your info, the stock springs are good to 0.560" lift, according the World Products.

Thats exactly my point blwnRS. Those springs are way overkill for what i would be running with them, i'd rather run something lighter that's only good for .480- .500 lift. I just wanted to point out that world heads are available a lot of places with a lot of diferent builds and it's worth shopping around.
