I have hedman headers with a custom 2 1/2 inch Y pipe on each side which connect to a 3? inch main pipe that leads to my two chamber flowmaster which exits with two 2 1/2inch pipes. Is this an adequate exhaust for my application? Or can I do something better?

Sounds about dead on. With that combo you have, you have upgraded exaclty how I would have. Any more won't really gain you anything. It actaully might start hurting HP and TQ.

Gonna be close, man, especially if you have only 1-5/8" tube headers. Really need 1-3/4" headers, especially with 2-into-1 exhaust!!!
